Our company was established in 2008 by Brian J. Larkin, P.E., Principal. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in both California and Hawaii as well as a Control System Engineer in California.

With more than 40 years of engineering experience, he has worked in industries, such as aerospace, energy, and public transit. Within that time frame, Mr. Larkin spent 7 years working with Chevron and almost a dozen years with Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).

In the latter years, he worked in construction claims analysis and settlement. He helped settle disputes for both Owners and Contractors in both public and private projects during that period.

Today, he assists our wide range of clientele in the US mainland and in Hawaii with their various construction-related projects. He has created a reputation for paying close attention to details and offering excellent customer service. Along with our team of professionals, he aims to continuously provide services that can be individually tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
